We are property valuers. Valuing is not a science, but everything our registered property valuers do is to try and make it as predictable as possible. To accomplish this valuers have to eliminate the emotion and look purely at the market and what we are physically presented with. It is our interpretation of the general economic conditions the local market and the make up of the property being studied that gives us a Market Value.
