We would like to tell clients about how much we can save them or help with their property related issue but all too often a valuation is a matter of a necessity required by a lending institution and so all that matters is the price. So to satisfy those clients we give an indicator of costs below.
Residential.
For a full report on a standard residential dwelling, i.e. nothing out of the ordinary in terms of location or size we would have a standard fee of $575 all inclusive of GST and no extras for disbursements, they are all included no surprises. Each property is unique and we take each on its own merits. So give us a call and we will give you a very competitive quote. Time frame for the report is normarlly we would inspect within 24/48hrs of being given an instruction and the report follows on in 48 hours. It can be sooner if the clients requirements are for quicker service it depends on our work loads at the time. Whether its a house or an apartment the above applies.

Our reports on commercial building commence at $900 plus GST. Obviously there are a lot more variables involved therefore this is very much an indicator.
